With the advent of personalisation, suppliers will increase their direct communications with business travellers which has the potential to erode a well managed travel programme. Controlling your travel programme in a hyper connected world is challenging. In this session we explore ways to maintain compliance and keep travellers within the correct booking and tracking channels even when direct supplier access is the easiest route. We debate whether a better partnership between buyer and supplier could maximise results for your managed travel programme and look at technology and social media as enablers to achieve this goal over the next five years.
