Rachel Watson and Johanne Young founded Opteva in 2005 in response to a clear market need for operationally skilled travel consulting services.

In the last 9 years, Rachel has led a number of key client engagements across a range of industry sectors.

Rachel has worked in a global capacity in the travel sector for 20 years.

Rachel’s engagements have included interim management within 2 global investment banks and a range of travel projects across multi-markets. Rachel has extensive experience in working with global clients to transform travel programmes and deliver bottom line results.

Prior to Opteva Rachel held a number of senior roles within a global TMC.
