Following his retirement from HSBC in June 2007 as Head of Business Travel and Expense Management, Tony established Pilcher Associates Limited which provides consultancy across all aspects of Business Travel Management.

Since that time his clients have included both the private and Public Sector.

Tony received a Lifetime Achievement Award at the prestigious Business Travel World Awards ceremony in London and was also named as one of the top 25 most influential Business Travel Executives in the USA by Business Travel News (BTN) for his work in raising the profile of the impact of business travel on the environment.

In addition to being regular speaker and facilitator at conferences, supplier forums and industry panels, Tony is Independent Chairman of The People Awards which recognises outstanding individuals and teams within and across all aspects of the supplier element of corporate business travel management.
