Will has been in the travel industry for more than 25 years; he has performed a variety of roles for airlines and GDS before joining PwC as their HRG outsourced UK travel manager in 2004. Together with Mark Avery, he has created what many believe is a class leading UK travel management programme. Will joined the ITM Industry Affairs Group last year and is often sought by the press and industry bodies for his views in writing, and at travel events, on a variety of travel matters.
