I missed some of the sessions during Conference, where can I access this content?
A recording of the event will be available to download via the ITM On Demand page from week commencing 18 May.

There was so much to take in, are there any notes or slides that you can share?
Key take outs from each of the sessions are available to download via the Resource icon within the conference app. Most of the slides will be available to all delegates from week commencing 18 May and will be accessible via the app.

How do I download the app?
The app is strictly only available to registered attendees of the 2020 Conference. Delegates can access the app by following the details below:
1. Visit your device’s app store (google play store for android or Apple app store) on your mobile device and download the “CrowdCompass AttendeeHub” app. The app is free of charge.
2. Once it is downloaded, open the app and search for ‘ITM2020’ and click on the download icon using event password: ITM2020.

You can continue to access all the data within the app post conference. The content within your app is going available to you.

Who should attend?
Anyone who either purchases or provides a service for business travel, meetings or related services on behalf of their organisation. This could include Financial Directors, Heads of Procurement, business travel and meeting buyers, third party travel relationship managers, suppliers of business travel or meetings products and services.

Do I have to be an ITM member?
No. In these difficult times we’d like to extend our support to all business travel professionals. However if you’d like to benefit from our range of events and resources we recommend that you become a connect member for free. Visit our membership page to find out more.

Who will be joining the virtual conference?

How do I access the virtual event?
A week before the event you will receive an email with your personal login details. The username* created during registration will be used to identify yourself via our chat functionality on our app, and for any questions that you may wish to submit using our confidential Q&A platform.

If your registration has been transferred from the Brighton conference your username* will be your first initial and your surname i.e. jsmith.

Is there a conference App and where can I get if from?
Yes there will be, details on where to download the App will be sent to all registered delegates at the beginning of May.
